Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription. Manage your subscription with the store.

What gets deleted

The workflow removes the account, profile and associated habit, message and media records within its scope. Processing happens in stages, so it is not an instant wipe.

What may be retained or delayed

Unresolved deposits, disputes and safety holds may delay parts of deletion. Limited financial/audit receipts, fraud-prevention and safety evidence may be retained where necessary. We can explain a specific hold; we do not promise a universal fixed deletion deadline. Read the retention policy.
