Delete your Truve account
A clear way to leave, inside or outside the app.
In the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. Complete the requested reauthentication and confirmation. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete an account.
Without the app
Use our Account deletion page to contact support from the email associated with your account. We verify ownership before processing a request. You do not need to reinstall Truve just to ask.
What happens to data
Account deletion removes the account and associated data through the deletion workflow. Unresolved deposits, disputes or safety holds can delay some processing. Limited audit, safety and legally required records can be retained as described in the privacy policy. Cancel a subscription separately with your store.
